A practical workshop “Stress and worry” will be held on 08.01.2024 in partnership with the NHS. 📝
The guest speaker will share strategies to overcome stress and worry by using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Also, It will give you tips on how to differentiate between helpful and unhelpful worries, and how to tackle them.⚙️🛠️
The workshop will be conducted in English with a translation in Mandarin.👄
