✨Our monthly Admiral Nurse service has returned after a break. Admiral Nurses provide expert, compassionate support for people living with dementia and their families.

Whether you need help understanding dementia and its symptoms, managing physical and mental health needs, developing effective communication and caring strategies, or coping with the emotional impact of a diagnosis, our specialist Admiral Nurse Emily is here to support you.
👩‍⚕️Emily is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, making the service accessible to a wider range of families and carers.

💪🏻Join us each month for practical advice, emotional support, and personalised guidance tailored to your individual circumstances. Our aim is to help you feel more confident, informed, and supported throughout your dementia journey♥️
