Yoga Class

Yoga is known for its ability to soothe tension and anxiety in the mind and body. 🧘
But it can also have an impact on a person’s exercise ability such as improving your flexibility and building muscle strength.💪
Our new Yoga teacher Shine studied Yoga from India and kept improving herself.🇮🇳
With teaching experience in both Hong Kong and the UK, Shine will give instructions in both Cantonese & English during the classes. 👄
