DESCRIPTION:✨It is that time of year again✨\nEvery October, Silver Sunday provides an opportunity to acknowledge and honour older people for their contributions to society, celebrate their lives, and remind them that they are valued members of our community💛\nThe Chinese Community Centre will once again be hosting its annual Silver Sunday celebration. This year, the event will take place on Thursday, 1 October 2026.\n🫶🏻We warmly invite anyone aged 65 and over, regardless of nationality or ethnic background, to join us for a free Tai Chi lesson and a taste of delicious Cantonese snacks🥢\n⚠️Places are limited to a maximum of 40 participants.\n1️⃣Session I\n11:30am – 12:00pm➡️Tai Chi Lesson (20 places)\n👉🏻Followed by the Cantonese Snack Tasting at 12:30pm – 1:00pm.\n2️⃣Session II\n12:00 noon – 12:30pm➡️Tai Chi Lesson (20 places)\n👉🏻Followed by the Cantonese Snack Tasting at 12:30pm – 1:00pm.\n‼️Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, so please book early to avoid disappointment.\n🥰We look forward to welcoming you and celebrating Silver Sunday together！\n✨又到了一年一度的銀髮日✨\n每年十月舉行的銀髮日（Silver Sunday），旨在表揚長者對社會的寶貴貢獻，慶祝他們豐盛的人生，並讓他們感受到自己是社會中備受重視的一分子💛\n華人社區中心將再次舉辦一年一度的銀髮日慶祝活動。今年的活動將於 2026年10月1日（星期四） 舉行。\n🫶🏻我們誠邀所有 65歲或以上人士 參加，不論國籍或族裔背景，一同體驗免費太極課程及品嚐美味粵式小食🥢\n⚠️名額有限，共40個，額滿即止。\n1️⃣第一節\n上午11時30分至中午12時正➡️太極課程（20個名額）\n👉🏻其後於下午12時30分至1時正免費粵式小食品嚐。\n2️⃣第二節\n中午12時正至下午12時30分➡️太極課程（20個名額）\n👉🏻其後於下午12時30分至1時正免費粵式小食品嚐。\n‼️名額先到先得，請盡早報名，以免向隅。\n🥰期待與您一同歡度銀髮日！\n
